RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will like everything you order from us, but if something is not quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

We will refund your money in full exactly as you paid it.
The refund is free of charge.
We ask that the items be returned clean, unworn and have all their tags.

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales) it may take a little longer. As soon as we process the refund, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

Please contact us with "a Request to Return" to the email 2mood@2mood.com and include Your Order Number and your Last and First name. Also the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
